ITR3 Proper books of accounts

Sir,

proprietor has business installation of Solar power plant and some agriculture income. for business proper books of accounts maintained so can we file ITR3 (profit and loss account and balance sheet),Without Opting 44AD. or its necessary to opted 44AD. as per books of sale Rs.510000/- NP 487230/-
agriculture income Rs. 7 Lacs so can we gonfor ITR3

please suggest
