Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how share traders should report income for ITR3. Turnover from shares, futures, and options should be shown as 'sales of goods' in the trading account, while all associated charges go into the P&L. For traders also involved in teaching, a combined balance sheet and P&L are required, with shareholdings reported at cost price. The placement of Long-Term Capital Gains (LTCG) and Short-Term Capital Gains (STCG) is also addressed.

Yes , Other option You can  show sale in P&L too , this doesn't matter.

He is doing teaching bussiness a combined balance sheet and p&l to be shown in audit report and holding of the shares on 31 march is to be shown at cost or market value?

YES, COMBINED BALANCESHEET WILL BE MADE, SHARES HOLDING WILL BE SHOWN AT COST PRICE

If share traders also having LTCG AND STCG THEN where to show such LTCG AND STCG.
