Itr3 form

Yes, it has been released.          

Dear Friends, I registered in IT eportal as an Individual.
Name As Per PAN : RAJ
Trade Name As Per GST : RAJ TRADERS
I am not able to select ITR FORM 3, as well ITR Form 3 is not visible.
Further, I am maintaining books of Accounts and business Annual Turn over is about 25 Lakhs. So, without Auditor Report shall I file Form 3 myself.?.
Anyone can help me accordingly
