ITR3 AY 2020-2021 TDS Sheet issue

Hi folks,

Recently ITR3 has come up. I was trying to fill it today.

Somehow Col 12 and 13 are grayed out in Section TDS2 in the TDS sheet. Even after I fill the information in col 10, col 12 and 13 remain grayed.

But when I validate the sheet, it says "Please enter the gross amount at Sr. No. 1 in Schedule TDS2".

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
