ITR2 still Under processing

This time it is taking more time in some of the cases.

Itr2 showing under process since 26/7/22 in my case also

Did you have to also submit any responses under e-campaign for any previous year in this FY?

I get a doubt that they are verifying something additional in my case which is unclear at this time. + i have refund this year.

No.....I have not submitted any response as they have not asked for any details yet

One of my friend has filled return on 13 July 2022, still his return is not completed. However, received notice under 143, there is a mistake in ITR TDS claiming. since ITR processing is not completed, i am not able to file rectification on the original data. should I wait to close or write a grievances?

Can write grivence or alternatively waite till process shows completed on portal.....as there is time of 4 yrs to file rectification

Your friend should file a grievance for his records and take a screenshot or webpage to PDF copy of the same.

While in all probabilities the registered grievance will be closed without any real resolution. 

I had raised more than 45 grivence for errors in processing of  itr 1 for AY 21/22.......all closed without any solution and my refund of 30000/-  still stuck......don't understand what to do and whome to approach......AO as per pan says helpless as matter is with CPC so no jurisdiction for AO...

.what to do?Any idea friends for solution?
