Hi,
I filed my ITR2 in mid June-22. As on 27-July the status changed to Under Processing, but since last 10-12 days it's still under processing.
Is this normal? I mean in past I have never seen it remaining in Under Processing for so long.
When it changes to Under Processing within a day I would get ITR intimation.
This time it is taking more time in some of the cases.

Did you have to also submit any responses under e-campaign for any previous year in this FY?
I get a doubt that they are verifying something additional in my case which is unclear at this time. + i have refund this year.
No.....I have not submitted any response as they have not asked for any details yet

Your friend should file a grievance for his records and take a screenshot or webpage to PDF copy of the same.
While in all probabilities the registered grievance will be closed without any real resolution.
I had raised more than 45 grivence for errors in processing of itr 1 for AY 21/22.......all closed without any solution and my refund of 30000/- still stuck......don't understand what to do and whome to approach......AO as per pan says helpless as matter is with CPC so no jurisdiction for AO...
.what to do?Any idea friends for solution?
