Itr xml file generating run time error-automation error 440

I m using Laptop purchased before few days ago with latest versions of Window 10 and MS 2013.

On preparing fresh downloded ITR with required setings of Macro Enable and validation of each sheet.

I found Automation error 440 on saving as X M L file.

I googled to get solution against the same but still not get solution of the same.

Please help me to  fix the same run time error 2146232576 (80131700) in my laptop.
