I am facing error while uploading ITR 2.It showing please upload X M L using latest X M L utility.I have used the latest Xml utility.Please suggest what should be done

Update java in your system, after that re-extract new utility, prepare ITR in the (newly extracted utility) and after validation upload it from the utility itself (no need to prepare .X M L file). It works .....
