Can anyone suggest me the way to file ITR of LLP without having Bank Account?
due to some disputes between partners, LLP is not carrying any operation and even not having bank account. but to strike off the same on MCA, ITR acknowledgement is required. Can anyone please assist to solve this issue ASAP.

As per my view No way....
give some fake a/c number. without a/c number u can't file.

Oh god....
But., It's not advisable...
If I file ITR by quoting saving account of One partner. then what maximum can happen in income tax Law. There is nil revenue, only having incorporation expense in financial.

If LLP is not carring any business since inception and also do not have any bank account then no need to attach ITR acknowldement to form 24

thanks Mayur, You have solved my MCA issue. but will u plz assist on Income Tax issue as well. Is there any notification in income tax regarding ITR compliances of LLP which had never commenced its operation.
