Today I everified an IT return using bank account details. I received the message as successfully everified. But when I take a printout it has a watermark as 'INVALID'.
Is my return rejected?
Should I file a fresh return?

Yes, now a days ITR V, having already e-verified are having such marks.......
But confirm the status of your ITR filled......... it must be "Successfully E-verified"........
If it is same, no need to worry........
The status says successfully everified. But after verification when I take printout it comes with INVALID watermark. Thank you for your timely reply
If time period is expired then the watermark is in the ITR V....
