DOES INCOME TAX US 44AD CAN BE FILED FOR GST FILERS WITH ITR 4. WHAT IS THE CORRECT ONE?

44AD assessees have to use ITR 4

GST is different from income tax. Whether registered under GST or not, ITR 4 is the appropriate form.

Yes , GST fliers also can file Income tax return ITR 4 , if section 44AD is applicable to you .you have to give gst turnover in ITR4 .

Yes, GST filers can also use ITR 4. Please ensure that the gross receipts from business is in line with your GST returns.

Try to match your Income tax turnover , with GST turnover then only file ITR4 .
