if both original & revised return are filed. Original return was not dispatched to bangalore but revised return was dispatched. Also revised return is processed. My query is do i need to send original return also, even is revised return is processed?

Original ITR-V is not required to be sent to CPC-Bengaluru.
In my opinion logically both should be sent....revised return will take place of original return...if u dont send the original ITR-V to CPC...then it shall be persumed that original return was never filed...so as u haven't send original ITR V, your original return has not been filed...so what did you revise???
but as you said ur revised return has been processed so i would like to know the opinion of other friends.
No need to send original. However many person's do send both but as such only revised is sufficient coz revised return steps into shoes of original return.
