I have filed an Income Tax Reutrn electronically without digital signature and then i have filed manual return after 15 days. ...... whether the return filed is a valid return?

YES, ITS A VALID RETURN. BUT DATE OF FILING WILL BE DATE OF FILING FORM V WITH ITD.
