Itr-v

Electronic Verification is to be introduced in AY 2015-16 for ITR-V, to avoid snail-mailing of the form. Great, but why limit it to Aadhar cardholders instead of all PAN cardholders.  Extend the benefit to NRIs who have to file returns, they are the ones who especially need to be able to submit ITR-V electronically rather than by post. In fact, I do not know the raison d'etre for the ITR-V. Just one more form to delay the whole process without providing any additional security..
