Return of income was not filed for ay. 21-22. Assessee is subject to tax audit. Tax audit was uploaded by CA. However, no ARN was generated and when CA went to update udin on the portal, he got the message that no such form has been filed. Maybe no ARN was generated because filing of the return was time barred on 31.3.22.

Can now, ITR - U be filed with additional tax liability and also can form 3cd be uploaded again.
