I think this is given as a allowance in your salary gross payment. It's named as conveyance allowance. 

My petrol expenses is more than 20000 can I and office conveyance is between 4k to 5k

Section 10 (14-2) it act 2bb allows 1600 pm or 19200 per annum. Isn't that sufficing your expenses. 

Petrol expenses cannot be claimed only in case specific class of employees.
