what is the differnce between ITR Processed and no further action required as latest return is taken for processing???

Dear Vinay,
ITR processed : Itr has been finalized of that particular year.
No further action required as latest return is taken for processing: there must be any correction or revised return has been filed after filing the main return and department has accepted that revised return but it may not be processed/finalized at that time.
