if a person carpenter work under private service, so what i suppose to file ITR return shall be 44ad or income of expenditure account pls suggest me to file correct and also show some amount of agriculutral income

As per my view.,

Carpenter can't opt sec 44AD...

and

Some amount of Agriculture Income...!

you are in private service or private practice? if it is private service, would it be salary income?

If he is in private practice ie self employed, you can file under 44AD

private shop work or agriculture income 2lakh

please use ITR-3 as you cannot firl ITR-4 if agricultural income in excess of Rs 5000

so what can i feed amount to source of income salary basis or income & expenditure basis or 44ad to show profit basis

You only Decide / Declare Your income From Salary or Other than Salary as Individual Practice like Professional...

ok any other query if pan login in income tax site show does not exist so what i do to register pan on portal may be pan not update

@ Mr Nikhil Kaushik Ji., (If he is in private practice ie self employed, you can file under 44AD) How is it possible to file ITR 4 u/s 44ad...? The carpentry works can't avail sec 44AD...!!
