it is mandatory CA or cost accountant sign for submit ITR return?

If TAX audit is applicable then YES otherwise NO.

No nt needed if you are not eligible for tax audit

For submitting IT return (i.e ITR form ) CA or Cost Accountant sign not required..
CA sign required to submit tax audit report (i.e form 3CD ect..in income tax not it return
