if a assesse filed return 2017-18 ITR-03 he's proprietor own his business only sale 12 lakh.. profit below taxable income.. now i want to return a file u/s 44ad ITR4.. so pls tell i compare to last year can i right to file u/s 44ad show to retailer business ...

Yes... The assessee can file ITR u/s 44ad if his business is eligible as per sec 44AD...
