ITR-1 is filling for salaried employee and also having other source income like in your case tuition fees. 

Ya he can file ITR 4S on turnover basis

if he is getting only commission from patanjali then ITR-1

if , source of income Salary + part time income, return filling ITR-1

if , source of income Salary + part time income, return filling ITR-1

If, Trading Firm, made Balance Sheet behalf of  Proprietor , What do mention saving account in received salary and personal loan payment ?

@ vivek, in case of balance sheet of proprietorship firm,

personal loan payments cannot be shown in any case. and for the salary, they are treated as revenue from the firm as net profit is totally belongs to the proprietorship firm.
