As per my opinion, you can file ITR u/s 44AD. If you are selling machine and turnover within specified limit.

i dont it sell, i work through this equipment like x ray, and any other check up so i charge fess
As per my personal opinion, you are not covered u/s 44AD. you are covered u/s 44ADA if your receipt under 50 lac. for F.Y. 17-18. you have to declare 50% income of your receipt.
