I have one of client whose ITR for F.Y.1516 is being rejected because of delay in e-verification of ITR and copy was also not sent to CPC. Now what would I do in this case for approval of same?
If tax has been paid already then no penalty... 234 a, b, c not applicable... No penalty... Ur original return is not considered as a return... Now file it
Whether I can file grievance online for validation of ITR since I can't file revise return due to belatedly filled original return or should I go for condonation request to CCIT for getting it approved?
