ITR Rejected
I have one of client whose ITR for F.Y.1516 is being rejected because of delay in e-verification of ITR and copy was also not sent to CPC. Now what would I do in this case for approval of same?

you can send now...they will accept it after due dates also...for confirmation call on 180042500025

so if I post copy to CPC , will they accept it now because it is already time barred now.?
Better filed it again and e verify bcz last date is 31.3.18
Is there penalty being levied for revision of ITR ?
ITR was also belatedly filled so I think revision is not available
If tax has been paid already then no penalty... 234 a, b, c not applicable... No penalty... Ur original return is not considered as a return... Now file it
Whether I can file grievance online for validation of ITR since I can't file revise return due to belatedly filled original return or should I go for condonation request to CCIT for getting it approved?
Please filed it under section 139(4) as last date is 31.3.18 of fy 15-16
When u have not verified ur itr.. It is considered that u has not filed any return... Just filed it again
