i have uploaded my income tax return on 16/07/2013 for assessment year 2013-2014.. and posted the return to bangalore on 18/12/2013.. so the status of my uploaded return is ITRV Rejected because filing date has exceeded the due date... what shall i do now.. help me in this regard..

I am also facing the same problem. And while uploading the ITR again, it shows error that ITR has been filed. Need help.

You have to file the return again once the ITR gets rejected..

This shouldnt happen cause we have filed ITR again once it got rejected nd the site has accepted the same
@ amrin.. So i should file original return or revised return
Remember, if you miss submitting your ITR-V within 120 days, your e-filing will be considered invalid. It will be considered that you have not yet filed your return. You then have to file a revised return, get a new ITR-V and submit the same within 120 days. ( PLEASE CHECK OUT THE SOURCE)

My fathers'ITR has not been processed yet.What are the possible reasons behind it.

On 30.07.13 for the assessment year 2013-14 even itr-v of mine and my father were received on same date but my return has been processessed but my father's return has not yet been processed.
