I had filed Income Tax return of my client with refund of rs.5000/-
but i not posted it to banglore with the time limit so ITR is rejected
now what to do for refund??
i had filed return after due date.

Again upload it and also mention the correct section in ITR.
Even if it is not uploaded then create a folder in C drive of computer by name "fakepath" and paste the xml in that folder , then upload it.
Refund is not time baared.Just mention the correct section in ITR
Dear Gautam I had uploaded return for AY - 2011-2012 on 31/03/2013 but not posted return to banglore.
so how can i upload again ???
