I filed ITR 2012-2013 on 25-March-2014 and got ITR-v acknowledgment also on Email and has been waiting for my ITR Refund to be sent to my Bank Account. How much this gonna take and whome to contact for status checking?

if you have not digitally signed your itr-v then first of all you need to send a signed copy of itr-v to ITD-CPC. when you receive an acknowledgement of receipt of itr-v from ITD-CPC after that your return will be processed for refund and will be credited to your bank a/c. normally it takes 6 mnths for your refund to ne credited. but its not fixed it may take even longer.
Do I need TDS certificate or Interest Certificate to file for ITR - 2013-2014 ?
