ITR Refund error

10 September 2022

I have filed the ITR on time and same is processed with refund too.
It is also reflects in intimation of 143(1) to but the refund is not coming to bank.
IT site showing the refund awaited
But NSDL site have no record of it.

Wait, You get soo, also check, bank account pre validated or not, If bank account pre validated, u will get soon

Check for refund failure if any otherwise all refunds will be credited within a month

The government can delay payment of refunds.
they will pay you interest for the delay

there is nothing you could do to receive it at the earliest.

further its not certain that all persons pre-validated accounts will receive promptly.

many people have already received their refunds and many are still waiting

143(1) is received on 24.07.2022 and Interest is calculated till that date. Status is Refund awaited from last 75 days. Calculation of Interest is stopped on 24.07.2022. Bank is already validated before filing of Return. Same Automated replies received for Grievances. Is there any other way to get the Refund at the earliest?

If all is clear and bank account is nominated and validated generally refund is recived within 45 days to 60 days.

One has no option, but to raise grievance and see that refund is recived.

Aso chec if your bank has been merged with other bank, then IFSC code and changed account has been updated in filing ITR..

Simply validation of merged bank will not help for refund, IFSC & account must be changed as per merger

Work-list, Demand List, E-proceedings are Blank. No Bank merger case. Grievance filed three times but received same automated reply ie Refund is processed and will credit shortly, validate your bank etc etc.
