I have filled a ITR of an individual in that case one article has filled a wrong name in ITR and the return was filled and the refund for the same has been came with wrong name.

Whether i hav to fill a revise return for rectification and wht is the procedure?

Sir,

You have been filed the Revised Return in this regard some time taken for saidd procedding after that issued the said Refund Order also and you'r not varied.

Dear prakash I suggest you call on income tax call centre no. And describe your case to them. They can tell you the quickest way to rectify the same. Another way is to return it and ask them to pay to you through esc in your bank a/c directly. Phone no is available on income tax site. Regards
