Itr processing details
i have filled ITR for A.Y 2013-14 on 3rd dec 2013...and have also dispatched the same to cpc banglore...bt its still showing the status of ITR as only Uploaded....i havent received the intimation also....kindly suggest me what further steps can .be taken...as my client have a refund

as you are saying the you filed ITR on 3rd dec. your time of 120 days already elapsed hence it is deemed that you have not filed ITR for A. Y. 2013-14. Hence you have to file a fresh ITR and in this case it may be possible that AO can impose a penalty u/s 271F
