Hello,

 

I was trying to file the return on the new portal, my information on the new portal has been correctly updated from earlier.

I had a proprietorship business which I cancelled by March and I also have capital gains to file.

Is ITR 3 the right form for me to file?

But when I tried to file using the online version on the new IT portal, the options it is showing me is ITR 1 and 4

As you have business income you should go with ITR 3.

And offline utility for ITR 3 will be available soon.

ITR 3 option is still not showing for my profile and almost 2 months later now!

Any idea when it will be available?
