How will the ITR for a deceased assessee be filled? What will the name be in ITR? Will it start with "LATE"??
The deceased assessee has a son who is mentally challenged so can his wife sign the ITR? What is the procedure the wife has to follow if she has to sign the ITR.

the ITR has to be filed normally only.....
the name in the return may not start with Late ______ and the wife can sign the return..she will have to mention her details in the space provided for the details of the representative assessee.
also in the place where she has to sign, she will mention I, _______ daughter of _____
