Itr java utility problem

What java version you are using ?? Confirm this by checking  that by running command " java -version " on command prompt. i.e dos prompt .

i have problem in itr 1 java utility but itr 2 open easily , and i have downloaded latest java and latest itr still its not opening,

if anybody knows about any thing please tell me
