I am unable to download ITR 2 and 4 Java utility form to fill Return. Kindly guide step by step procedure to download the form and use it

First update java on your system.......
Down load ITR java utility......... say ITR 2..... Click on the .zip file to open the ITR_2018 (download) folder,,,,, there you will find batch file...... double click on it.....
Click on Extract all..... browse the folder for extracted files. (otherwise default folder will be download/ITR 2)
Open the extracted files...... Now double click on executable jar file.......... to open the utility.
Similarly repeat for ITR4........
