ITR Java Utility for AY 2020-21 is not opening properly in my Laptop. Whenever I open it, the Utility does open but only blank screen is seen with tabs like New, Open, Save etc. In the Validation tab the loading strip is all white and the utility does not load even after waiting for an hour. I am not able to open new file or open saved drafts.
I have Java Version 8 Update 271 installed. I have Windows 10 OS with a RAM of 4 GB.
I am attaching picture of how the Utility screen looks like after opening.
If anyone knows a definite solution, please let me know.
