Yes can file upto 31st may 2021. date extended today.

Itr fy 19 -20 means assesment year 20 21.
The time limit has expired.
You can file under Sec 119(2) (b)

I have also tried to upload the return which was not able to file due to site pblm on 31-03-2021..Audit report was already filed...I tried today also but only two options,,, Waiting for the updation...
