Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form to use when you have presumptive business income alongside short-term capital gains (STCG) and dividends from shares (where STT has been paid). The advice suggests using ITR 4 if your income is under 50 lakhs and you have no brought-forward or carried-forward losses. Otherwise, ITR 3 is recommended, though it can be more complex to file without software.

If you not have income exceeding 50 lacs and also not have any losses to be carried forward or losses brought forward then file ITR 4 else ITR 3
Select ITR form 3, but it is very difficult to file ITR through form 3, if you are filing it are without software.
