ITR form for company director + salaried in another conpany

Hello All, I am a Director of a Pvt Ltd company and hold some share of the company(not listed) but doesn’t have any income or profit till now. Also am working as a regular salaried employee in another pvt ltd company and income is less than 20lkh per annum This is the only income i have, so wish to know which itr should i file for Fy19-20.
