Sir,
Last year F.year.2020-21 a person filed form 3 for incometax filing. His income Commission from sale of motor cycle, and interest income only.
Now can we file with form 4 ?

ITR-4 is not applicable for commission income since presumptive taxation has specific exclusion of commission..
