ITR form & declaration of freelancing income for salaried employee

Hello, I am a Indian citizen & a salaried employee with salary of around 15 Lakhs.

I have income from other sources which comprise of:

~ Interest from savings bank account

~ Interest from bank deposits

~ Dividend Income All these incomes combine to a value of about Rs. 18,000.

In addition to above, I have intermittent freelancing income from couple of clients based in Europe. The payment is received in my PayPal account & is then automatically transferred to my Bank account periodically. The total freelancing income for the year is about Rs. 5000.

From the point of view of AIS statement, the salary & income from other sources is visible. However, the freelancing income is not appearing in the AIS statement. I wish to know, which ITR form should I file? Furthermore, do I need to declare the freelancing income as income from outside the company? If yes how?

Hoping for your valuable guidance on the above query.

File ITR 2, declare the freelancing income in Schedule OS under tab 'Others'
