Sir,

 There is a clear explanatory coloumns in the ITR form

even if you are not using any softwere for filling, in the incometax website it is clearly given.

you can give savings a/c details in the coloumn  in case of refund and the other a/c in other bank details.

if you wish to add some other bank a/c also there is a provision of adding bank a/cs.

It is very simple and gothrough the ITR form you will find it yourself.
