can I fill ITR 1 for monthly lumpsum cash salary (without payslips)..
there is no breakup available of allowances.

What is the proof of you being employed?
if you work for daily wages then you need to show the same under other sources

if employer-employee relationship exists, you can show it under salary head

Yes, here it is fixed salary, without any allowance. So, it can be declared under salary head.
It would be advisable to get salary by cheque or banking mode. And keep salary slip/certificate as evidence.
