Which ITR need to be filled for AY 2018-19 for an insurance agent. Is it ITR 1 or ITR 4. Can anyone assist me?

Thank u so much to both of you for your valuable suggestion. But I have one query, as I don't maintain any books of account, if I disclose as income from other sources in ITR 1 will it be wrong?
