The due date for filing the revised return for Financial year 2017-18 is 31st March 2019. There is no option to file the return now

If you have refund claim. you can apply for condonation for delay in filing return with JCIT/ITO of your Jurisdiction. If approved, you can file return u/s. 119(2b)
