i have not filed my itr for the fy 2012-13 but now i want to file the itr for this year bcoz i have tax refundable to the extenet of Rs 6800. can anyone tell me what should i do?????

The time limit to file your return online for Financial Year 2012-13 got expired on 31st March 2015 itself. Now, you need to meet your jurisdictional Income tax officer and apply for refund.
After 31.03.2016 you can't refund for the f.year 2012 13 . Because of you are eligible to get the refund with in three years
File the ITR online asap, though you stand the risk of Rs. 5,000/- penalty for delayed filing at the discretion of your AO.
Is it 31/3 of 2015 or 2016???
Meet your AO and get permission from depatment to file the ITR by stating the reason of not filling the return. Once you get the permission you may file the return in offline mode.
