can I file a ITR by showing income under sec 44 AD but turnover is less than 20 lakh..No GST number and all...

No way for filing ITR AY 17-18 normal provisions except any refund claim of TDS...
***If You have any TDS refund claim then You can file with condonation request...
**Even in case you got any notice from ITD for NMS then You can file with that notice.
Otherwise no way for filing ITR AY 17-18...

Time Barred, Cannot file regular returns without the consent of the jurisdictional AO
He is doing CA... and he is in second year of articles .just he having shop rented and have an employee to see that shop.. and by the way he is in mid firm serving second year of articles..These are the real thing... please clarify it
The Student pursuing CA course cannot have any income under the head Profits & gains from business or Profession.
He may earn rental income provided the property is in his name.
As he is an article assistant involved in business, it is not an acceptable practice by ICAI.
