ITR filled after due date that is 31 Aug 2018
sir /madam... I file my nil tax ITR 4 today... but it show invalid characters.... how I can file my ITR 4 ...plz help me... Thanks in advance

Are you using PR6 version of ITR4 utility?
If no, download fresh from the incometax e-filing site......
