Yes, ITR1/2/4 utilities have been released so far.

Software not allowed filing facility of ITR. Now, the only way to file return is online filing on ITD Portal.

Sourav, here question is regarding softwares and till now no software is allowing and defilnately they will allow, but after some time. So Amey Joshi either wait for it or file through online.

I have tried the offline utility for ITR-2,a number of times (even today) , but failed. It is not yet started. The query was whether it is working, and you judge the quality of answer

The query of Mr. Amey Joshy is : " Has facility for uploading ITRs using softwares started working? " . Is there any software facilitating uploadingITRs at the moment. The answer is no.. Mr. Raja P.M.please note I have read and retyped the question again from starting.
