ITR Filing @ Rs 99/-

Friends,

I have heard that a person is charging only Rs 99/- for filing ITR 1 of Salaried individuals in Hyd. Gr8 news for salaried employees. Isnt it?

One has to only send his form16 to his e-mail ID and thats it !!!!!! He prepares and files the return on one's behalf.

Does anyone know about this?

Dont believe on any person for filing ur ITR, File ur ITR thru a reliable person always. So dont think to save some money in this regard...Remember it always...

hello sir

there is not any matter of money

if they are filling ITR in Rs 99 that means may be they are doing for their gainning of experience

so its a risk for others

i also filles returns ITR all forms

my charges of ITR 1 is minimum Rs. 1500.00

I have also heard that the person filing Returns is highly experienced in ITR filings and he is a Qualified CA

Why can't a CS file income tax return. There is no qualification mentioned anywhere in the LAW that only a CA can file an Income Tax Return.

I agree with Mr. Maheshwari.. This is nothing but a publicity stunt. Those who file the return for such a low fees do not accept any post filing responsibility. And if the person is a Chartered Accountant and is advertising his services as such, he is violating the Ethics and Code of Conduct of ICAI.

My request to all people is that please don't believe on such advertisements. All this is lowering the value of our esteemed profession.
