Yes if your profile has been updated with AAdhaar, the online form will auto polulate and you can fill just with aadhaar number only. 

Hello, It is mandatory to disclose Aadhaar no. while filing ITR for AY 18-19. However, all those who have applied but haven't recd. the aadhaar no yet will have to mention the enrollment Id of aadhar acknowledgement slip in ITR. So if you have already quoted your aadhar no., there would be no requirement to cite the EID as well.
