Query
An individual has not filed income tax return for A.Y.201314.
He was issued non filer notice in august 2015 for which he didn't file his return of income.
Now is der any possibility for him to file the return bcoz he has a refund of Rs.1,00,000/-

just file a petition to the assessing officer admitting of nonfiling return the reasons for delay  to admit the same 

wait for others to respond
