Have just started Freelancing offering services in Statutory Compliance, Financial Accounting.

Was given to understand that there is a certification course that can be completed to authorise a person to do IT Filing for Individuals.

Please share information on this ...am unable to find details...

I think you are discussing about Tax Return Preparer (TRP) cheme launched by Income Tax deptt. allowing persons to file return of other persons by having a certificate of TRP. check the internet for the same.
